Miley Cyrus looking embarrassed and annoyed after being turned away from a down market cheap nail salon in West London on June 5, 2010 because she did not have an appointment. She then walked the short distance to another cheap salon, where her and best friend Scotti sat side by side and enjoyed a pedicure, all under the watchful eye of her ever present security. At the salon she was turned away from and the salon she used pedicures cost from just 5 pounds, and manicures the same. Yet Miley was still turned away!
